This morning around 7:30am there was a heavy presence of fugitive dust in the air, as demonstrated in the images attached. The dust cloud was so large I could see it 4 miles away on Heber Road going north on Bowker Rd. This didn't seem normal. I drive this way all the time. Less than two miles away is Meadow Union Elementary School a vulnerable population when it comes to air quality. How can we better manage these facilities? This is not good for our air quality.

One world beef has increased slaughterhouse operations and is now forced to burn off excessive gases and other toxic waste impacting fenceline communities and homes in close proximity. Bad land use decisions have allowed for this to happen - this facility should cease operations until further investigation- capacity- and other permits are reviewed. This occurred during poor visibility period to reduce community complaints. Flaring occurred for about 5 hours

Been nearly two weeks this broken car battery was left on ground near canal already possibly leaked battery acid/electrolyte. Can locate it heading north bound on dogwood. Across the street from shells gas station.
