Description
One world beef has increased slaughterhouse operations and is now forced to burn off excessive gases and other toxic waste impacting fenceline communities and homes in close proximity. Bad land use decisions have allowed for this to happen - this facility should cease operations until further investigation- capacity- and other permits are reviewed. This occurred during poor visibility period to reduce community complaints. Flaring occurred for about 5 hours

APCD: We are aware that operations have picked up at the site, being that said, the use of the bio gas flare is permitted by their permit.
