Description: For about a month there has been a pile up of trash like tires, weeds, trash, bottles, oil, food. There a lot of coackroaches, dog feces, and mosquitos. And blocking alley way and my exit from my backyard. This is very unsanitary and unsafe for my children and neighbors. Burning Trash

Description: On December 7, 2016 at 1:02 pm while driving into Calipatria I noticed that soemone was burning trash. This concerned because today was a yellow day and children were still in school. While a health fair was occuring from 1:30 to 3:30pm. It was close by to residential and school area. **ADMIN: Please submit complaints the day they occur to give the agency time to conduct an investigation. The DTSC Imperial CUPA has forwarded this complaint to APCD. APCD Response: That day was a burn day and we did allow burning of both agricultural and green waste.
