Trash blocking alley

For about a month there has been a pile up of trash like tires, weeds, trash, bottles, oil, food. There a lot of coackroaches, dog feces, and mosquitos. And blocking alley way and my exit from my backyard. This is very unsanitary and unsafe for my children and neighbors. Please help.**ADMIN: Duplicate post.
