Description: Two Pattern Energy employees generating dust AGAIN, as they travel on their own access road, (Mica Rd.) to the collapsed Turbine 126. Pattern Energy representatives promised the residents that they would no generate dust. Over 100 dust complaints have been submitted. This is out of control and as just one of the residents of Ocotillo, I am sick of Pattern and their lies. ADMIN: The DTSC Imperial CUPA has forwarded this complaint to APCD. *APCD Response: "We reminded Pattern personnel to ensure they are following the speed limits that are posted and to ensure they mitigate dust from possible work at the turbine site as well as the road leading to it."

Description: Turbine 134 and many others continue to leak oil and grease. The grease blown from this turbine is easy to see. Much of the grease is flung in the air and must drop to the ground. Can we imagine what the site will look like in 20 years. Much of the oil is not easily visible without binoculars or high zoom cameras. ADMIN: The DTSC Imperial CUPA will investigate this complaint.

Description: Many vehicles, including Ocotillo Wind Managers, have been traveling to the collapsed wind turbine 126. These photos are of two managers that were traveling well over the 15 mph speed limit on dirt roads south of highway 98. Over 100 complaints to IVAPCD have been filed against this facility. When the managers don't care its pretty tough to train the workers. Many vehicles and equipment will be going visiting this site. Pattern Energy stated in the EIS and public meetings that they would control the dust. As can be seen in the photos that is not occurring. Description: There is oil in the soil and possibly in water. This pump leaking oil is on top of a waterwell or reservoir. ADMIN: The DTSC Imperial CUPA will conduct an investigation.
