Description:
The collapsed wind turbine in Ocotillo is leaking oil. Notice the bucket on ground, scooping up the oil. Truck backed in. How much oil? Where is the oil going. Also fiberglass blowing all over the desert! ADMIN: Duplicate complaint, please see previous complaint.
