Description
On December 7, 2016 at 1:02 pm while driving into Calipatria I noticed that soemone was burning trash. This concerned because today was a yellow day and children were still in school. While a health fair was occuring from 1:30 to 3:30pm. It was close by to residential and school area. **ADMIN: Please submit complaints the day they occur to give the agency time to conduct an investigation. The DTSC Imperial CUPA has forwarded this complaint to APCD. APCD Response: That day was a burn day and we did allow burning of both agricultural and green waste.
