Ocotillo Wind Dust by Managers

Many vehicles, including Ocotillo Wind Managers, have been traveling to the collapsed wind turbine 126. These photos are of two managers that were traveling well over the 15 mph speed limit on dirt roads south of highway 98. Over 100 complaints to IVAPCD have been filed against this facility.
