Burning fumes are eminating the city threatening to BUHS students

Description: Exactly at 1:09 pm, located at 669 E St. Brawley, CA I walked outside and immediately felt distrubed by strong burning fumes. I am concerned for students located at Brawley Union High School. My clothes are now penetrated with the smell. I am not certain if it is a fire or burning from an agricultural field. I never heard the sirens from the Fire Department sound which is about two blocks away from my location. The fumes are eminating from the South side of Brawley.

Dumping in Arroyo Salada Wash Salton City

Address: Salton City, CA, next to and in the wash Cloverleaf Dr and Pluto Ave and in the wash at top of Cloverleaf Dr.
Description: There's junk in the Arroyo Salada wash next to the southeast corner of Salton City, some new and some older. A truck passenger side door, trunk lid and interior seats were dumped off the small cliff into the wash on 5/15/15. I know this because I take daily walks over there and ride off road in the wash and enjoy it's beauty. I took pictures and will include.

Strong Chemical Smells

Description: There was a strong smell of chemicals that permeated my car. There are homes near the location. There are multiple tanks on the corner with different pigmentation of the soil under the tanks.

Description: There is electronic waste being disposed of in the parking lot of Pizza Hut El Centro this is only one picture but there is more of this EWaste in the property scattered all over, it is a heath hazard as children can be exposed to toxic materials and exposed wires or glass tubes.
