Description:
There has been digging on land in preparation for new structures that started in December 2023. The land has underground tanks that have not been removed. There are plans to construct a home and business. Not sure how this is possible, as the previous owner of property advised tenants that no building on the land was to be permitted due to contamination. There was a previous attempt to add duplexes on land in the 90's, but could not move forward due to tanks present in ground (waste, oil, and diesel).
