Description: Diesel Truck parked in no truck route zone.blocking intersection from traffic
Almost hit building and once it moves it will continue through residential area.I block from school and in close proximity of children. It poses a health hazard through its diesel emissions and air quality

Description: On Feb. 23, 2015 noticed many workers at Turbine 164. The photos will show oil leaking from the tips of all (3) blades and from hub area.

Description: Idling train close to homes and kids coming out of school walk through this area with no barriers or warnings .Usually train goes thru this area at high speeds.its in Brawley A st. & Hwy 111 Behind High School.This also poses hazards to health as train is idling.

Description: Chemical/Oil Containers 60ft from mobile home at 6th Street Trailer Park in El Centro
This could be dangerous due to proximity to homes in case of explosion or derailment, the emissions of trains so close to homes also poses a threat to health due to air quality

Description: The speed limit on Ocotillo Wind aceess roads is 15 mph. Imperial county Air Pollution department determined that dust is generated when a vehicle travels at 20 mph or more. The maintenance vehicles at this facility regularly travel at high speeds and continue to contribute to excessive dust conditions for the residents of Ocotillo. Photos attached have date and time stamps.

Description: Truck idling in residential area, near park, unattended truck , diesel emissions hazardous to health to children and seniors in close proximity to these emissions.Should there be no truck parking signs posted in residential areas.And no idling signs.Is this an air quality issue enforceable by a local agency or should it be addressed to a state agency.As I am submitting this report there seems to be no action taken by driver

Description: Ag Burning between Brandt and Hwy 111 North of hwy 78 can someone verify with pollution control district if these burns were permitted today in these locations .Another ag burn west if Brawley Del rio country club.Another burn west of Calipatria High School within a mile of school.Multiple burning can be hazardous to health and cannot easily be controlled by local fire departments if these were to get out of control simultaneously

Description: An entire half city block is scheduled for incineration. Abandoned houses with substantial waste still included. Community residents were randomlys interviewed. Not one individual was aware. OLGA Catholic church owns property and had requested the burn. Currently a waste removal company is at one of the houses wearing street clothes. No protective gear.

Description: Extremely smokey in close proximity to residential neighborhoods.
