Description
The speed limit on Ocotillo Wind aceess roads is 15 mph. Imperial county Air Pollution department determined that dust is generated when a vehicle travels at 20 mph or more. The maintenance vehicles at this facility regularly travel at high speeds and continue to contribute to excessive dust conditions for the residents of Ocotillo. Photos attached have date and time stamps.
