Description: Pesticide was being sprayed Tuesday evening after school no separation from the school.. Does this make sense? concerned of the drift on settling on the field where children play and being suctioned into the a/c vents onto the desks where children sit and study. concerned!

Description: fire field near residential area.

Description: Saw smoke coming from between the outside of the homes at the Barbara Worth Country Club. On Anderhold and Evan Hewes Highway go inside and were burning from golf carts Worth club in Holtville on 10/15/12. Saw no other burning that day on the four quadrants. Concerned if a permit had been given and if Good neighbor policy had been given to nearby homes in that area. Saw two men on golf carts doing the burning and leaving the area. Catorgorized as a burning field since there is no catagory for burning trash. But was not a field, but trash near the field.

Description: A large trailer with empty plastic pesticides containers was abandoned on the front lot of this abandoned building. Saw a brown golden truck pull away with CA. License plates, not sure if this was a concerned citizen looking at the problem. (If was the perp he would leave quick, this man was looking at the trailer on the side of it) not from the front like he did not leave it there.

this includes the city of Brawley...

* until 930 PM PDT/930 PM MST/

* at 727 PM PDT/727 PM MST/... National Weather Service
meteorologists detected thunderstorms with heavy rain from east of
Calipatria... to east of Glamis. Movement was west at 15 mph.

Doppler radar estimates that up to 1.5 inches of rain has fallen
since 630 PM. This will cause normally dry washes to begin running
as well as ponding of water on roadways and low lying areas.

* Locations that may experience minor flooding include but are not
limited to... Calipatria... Brawley... and Highway 78 east of Brawley.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Flood Advisory means that normally dry washes and streams will
suddenly have running water. Unbridged crossings may become
hazardous. There will be ponding of water on streets and low spots
causing traffic to be impeded. If you encounter ponding or flowing
waters... do not attempt to cross by foot or automobile. Turn
around... dont drown.
