Description
A large trailer with empty plastic pesticides containers was abandoned on the front lot of this abandoned building. Saw a brown golden truck pull away with CA. License plates, not sure if this was a concerned citizen looking at the problem. (If was the perp he would leave quick, this man was looking at the trailer on the side of it) not from the front like he did not leave it there.
