Description:
There are several bags on the side of the road of Jasper on the outskirts of Heber. When you enter from Highway 111 close to the stop sign on the left side there are some bags and then you continue down that same road and around 1/2 mile another batch of bags with some sort of like trees branches or some sort of gardening debris. Go further some more.
Ground Asphalt Spread over Dirt Alleys

Description:
Concern of ground asphalt spread over alleys. Ground asphalt was spread over the alleys between (east-west) dogwood and fourth avenue, (south-north) Ross Avenue and Main Street. Concern included, possibility of chemicals contained in asphalt in its ground composition leaching into ground water, evaporation and airborne chemicals from ground asphalt. Airborne asbestos is also a concern. Ground asphalt is migrating into other areas such as streets and sidewalks causing hazardous conditions. Concern also extends to question; is proper use of asphalt as a spread instead of use for compacted pavement.
Debris dumped into New River bank and New River

Description:
At approximately 7:10 pm Tuesday October 5, a tractor/bulldozer was working on a property west brawley Main Street, adjacent west New River and Main Street/HWY 86. The tractor/bulldozer at 7:10pm pushed what appeared to be tree trimmings, wood debris onto the New River banks and into the New River numerous times. The business where this property extends appears to be a firewood distributing and sales center. Concern of Debris polluting New River with possible chemical treated wood and New River banks used as land fill or illegal dumping.
Chemical fungi spill at Holtville area

According to the newspaper there was a fungi spill and the water at nearby houses water was taken out of their ciscerns and replaced with good water and that water was dumped into a nearby canal. Question why a nearby canal?

Earthquake damage on sidewalk on Orange Ave, El Centro

There is a lifted up section of the sidewalk between 461 E. Orange and 463 Orange ave in El Centro Ca, 92243. There is a clinic nearby and pregnant woman often use this sidewalk to walk on and elderly people who live nearby.
Spill(dry now) on Evan Hewes Highway going toward Seeley

A red substance is seen coming from a possible field nearby on the street on Evan Hewes highway around a mile to the entrance to turn to the Navy Base. It continues right on the Bennet road and disappears around that area by a Seed company on the right. Not sure if paint or Red Diesel fuel or what it is? Could not sample it. (possible chemical dump?)
Power outage for over 2 weeks

Description:
Nine mobilehomes in Los Gatos Mobilehome Park, AKA Hernandez Mobilehome Park, have been without power since September 8, 2010, when a power box burned up in the park. Owners refuse to spend the money necessary to obtain required permits and make repairs. Temperatures reaching as high as 118 over this period of time, and consistently over 100 degrees. All but one resident without any power whatsoever (one resident has a generator).
