Tumbleweed causing issues

The tumbleweed has gotten loose and poses a threat for everyone around. Every year tumbleweed grows from the nearby empty field, dries up and with winds they get loose going everywhere. This harms everyone passing by and people living here. When the tumbleweed moves they fling debris that gets all over the streets and nearby properties. This debris and tumbleweed is bad for the cars passing by because they are in the middle of the street and can affect people's tires because of the spiky debris. Nonetheless people can't have cars outside because they pose a possibility that the tumbleweed will hit their car and will most likely scratch it.
