Wind Blown Plastic Trash

Today was an especially wind day in El Centro. Trash was strewn about in town and the Cardenas grocery store had a high concentration of plastic bags and mixed trash accumulated by the entrance. This is an ongoing problem, but more noticeable on windy days like today. Since it is easily wind blow it can easily end up miles away -- on the road, and in bodies of water.
