Air Quality: Dangerous, Pollutant, Toxic

The air quality that the city of Brawley has been experiencing this Spring of 2017, has been a 'red flag' to many of the residents. Many of the causes are often overseen and thought of to be less harmless than people might like to believe. Some of these causes are: pesticides used in crops, the burning of old crop fields, dirt and dust, and carbon monoxide from cars. These factors can easily be controlled to improve our air quality. The burning of crops and spraying pesticides on crops can be taken place on certain days to allow the air and atmosphere to clear and purify. The carbon monoxide from cars and other transportation vehicles can be reduced by people using their cars less and using their bodies or other methods of clean transportation to not-so-important errands.
