Description
There's a large wooden obstacle in the middle of the road, obstructing the path of incoming traffic. There's also a lot of broken shards of glass and a significant amount of trash. Trash is a killer of our precious environment and to our environment, plus its ugly, gross, and damaging to the image of our community.
