Wooden obstacle in the middle of road

Description:
There's a large wooden obstacle in the middle of the road, obstructing the path of incoming traffic. There's also a lot of broken glass and a significant amount of trash. Trash is a killer of our precious environment and to our wildlife, plus it's ugly and gross.
