New River pollution

New River pollution. The New River is full of pollution and is further polluted my the dumping of waste and run off, from it's start in Mexico to it's end in the Salton Sea. The New River causes possible health issues because of its contaminated water that can cause health complications with prolonged periods of exposure. The New River runs right next to 2 parks in brawley, pas Williams park and cattle call. The river is especially an issue in the area because many children play right next to this extremely contaminated and polluted water source.
