Description
Solid wastes are being dumped into canal, creating a blockage. Wastes include, Styrofoam cups, a toy ball, planks of wood and glass bottles. Appears to be decomposing.

03/17/2017: The DTSC Imperial CUPA has forwarded this complaint to the City of Brawley.
03/17/2017: Brawley Public Works Dept. is assessing clean up needs; IID coordination is required due to issues with continued use of drain to support agricultural operations which were to cease with relinquishment of facility to City.
