Description
I was able to see black smoke coming from Truck Company. I was not able to get the company's name due to lack of visibility but it seems that Company manages materials. Next to company is Westmorland Basic Christian School. I was not able to see any children around the christian school but there were many houses around. Burning was happening around 1:00 pm when at the same time there was another agricultural burning happening. Probably burning was happening to take advantage of the bigger burning.

The DTSC Imperial CUPA has forwarded this complaint to APCD on 2/27/2017. *UPDATE: APCD has contacted the company regarding this issue and is currently working with this company to find a solution fro their burning of wood box frames.
