Black Burning Smoke Coming from Truck Company

I was able to see black smoke coming from Truck Company. I was not able to get the company's name due to lack of visibility but it seems that Company manages materials. Next to company is Westmorland Basic Christian School. I was not able to see any children around the christian school but there were many houses around. Burning was happening around 1:00 pm when at the same time there was another agricultural burning happening. Probably burning was happening to take advantage of the bigger burning.

Administrator Comment: The DTSC Imperial CUPA has forwarded this complaint to APCD on 2/27/2017. *UPDATE: APCD has contacted the company regarding this issue and is currently working with this company to find a solution fro their burning of wood box frames.
