Description:
On February 22, 2016 at 1:18 pm drove behind Cilantro's Restaurant alley (643 S 4th St, El Centro, CA 92243) noticed that their now was a bucket possibly containing oil illegally disposed. Another coordinate:626 S 3rd St. El Centro, CA 92243
Administrator Comment: The DTSC Imperial CUPA will conduct an investigation. According to CR&R the city of El Centro contacted them to pick up the bucket.
