While driving to I noticed that their was a semi-truck idling in the parking lot of an abandon gas station across the street from houses.

Administrator Comment: The DTSC Imperial CUPA has forwarded this complaint to the California Air Resources Board. UPDATE: Because the lot is abandoned, CARB suggested contacting the owner of the lot to put up a no trespassing sign.
