Dumping of brócoli in nearby ag land left to spoil

Description:
Land had rotten broccoli that attracting flies to neighboring homes, 'y home has been infested with flies for the past 5 days, neighbors are also having same problem. Why is trash left uncovered and not inside pladric trash bag inside a bin. Very disturbing issue.
Administrator Comment: The DTSC Imperial CUPA has forwarded this complaint to Imperial County Environmental Health.
