Description
On January 19, 2016 at 5:10 pm I drove to El Centro to revisit the site where there was a alley full of trash like tires, paper, carpets, shopping cart, and trash that was previously burned. It appears no action was made. The alley is behind Cilantros La Taqueria (643 S 4th St, El Centro, CA 92243). ***ADMIN: The DTSC Imperial CUPA has again forwarded this complaint to the City of El Centro. Update: All the trash was moved to the trash enclosure which is located at 643 South 4th Street. The City of El Centro will be contacting the building owner.
