CAN ANYBODY EXPLAIN WHAT WAS THE CHEMICAL IN FORM OF WHITE POWDER THAT WAS SPREAD ON THESE FIELDS THIS FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 30 @ AROUND 2:30-3;00 PM , IT LEFT AN ENORMOUS CLOUD OF POLLUTION FOR SEVERAL HOURS IN THE COMMUNITY ADJACENT TO THAT AREA. KIDS REACTED WITH RESTRICTION ON THEIR LUNGS!!!!

The DTSC Imperial CUPA has forwarded this complaint to the AG Commissioner's Office. UPDATE: The AG Commissioner's Office inquired into this complaint and discovered this was an application of Gypsum and has forwarded the complaint to APCD.
