On June 14, 2016 at 7:58 pm I was driving behind Paloma Apartments and drove behind the property into the alley way and found couches and mattresses. On N 1st Street Brawley, CA. ADMIN: DTSC Imperial CUPA has forwarded this complaint to Imperial County Environmental Health Department.
