Description:
On June 13, 2016 around 12:17 pm I was driving toward Imperial Ave when I noticed that there was a huge cloud of smoke coming from Hovely road area by Express Way in Brawley, CA. The smoke was reaching Barbra Worth Junior High School and residential areas children were outdoors doing lunch break. Admin: DTSC Imperial CUPA has forwarded this complaint to APCD.
