Description:
Elm equipment water truck pulling water from canal. Possibly not permitted!? Admin: DTSC Imperial CUPA has forwarded this complaint to IID. Trucks are allowed to pull water from canals. For certain projects, they are required to have a permit from IID in order to use water from the canal. These permits can be verified by contacting the IID office responsible for the region.
