Plastic bottles in canal way

Plastic bottles are in canal way that have been dumped there. Canals are owned by Imperial Irrigation District, which usually cleans these canals when time allows. Canal is the smaller canal that is on the Barbara Worth Street close to the stop sign when you come down on Ross. On your right hand side when driving from West to East on Ross. Possibly people working in the nearby fields throw their waste in canals ways. Farmers who supervise the workers need to bring more awareness to not polluting water ways.
