Description
Since Saturday April 30, 2016 around 12pm to Sunday May 1, 2016 at 8:00am three locomotor engines has been idling without any movement of cars. The constant noise make it difficult to sleep. Locomotor engine # 4450, 8222 and 4434. Concern parent for side effects of engine emissions around child with asthma.
Admin: Complaint forwarded to APCD, will discuss this during the EJ Taskforce meeting with ARB representative to determine the correct agency responsible for this issue.
