Description:
Train idling for over two days near residential area ! The emissions from diesel are hazardous to health and with bad air quality we are experiencing in Brawley this is of concern the plume is non stop can someone contact the Air Resorces Board or pollution control Admin: DTSC Imperial CUPA has forwarded this complaint to APCD but nothing can be done as the address is incorrect and not enough information has been given.
