Description
Immediately entering city limit of Westmorland there was a strong odor in the town of pesticides. Children are still in after school programs like Ases and sports. The smell of plastic

DTSC forwarded this complaint to the APCD but due to the time between the alleged pesticide application and when this complaint was received, no action could be done. DTSC would be able to go out and sample the pesticides if they were sprayed and it landed on cars or windows and reported immediately but due to the time between the incident and the report being received, the pesticide would have already degraded.
