On February 4, 2016 around 12:20 pm I was driving on Highway 86 heading South driving towards Westmorland when I noticed a a cloud of smoke was emitting from a distance to my right. Within three minutes the smoke had already appeared to be floating towards Westmorland Elementary. Another concern I had was that there were field workers close by working. Admin: DTSC Imperial CUPA has forwarded this complaint to APCD. The photos submitted could not be viewed and therefore were unable to be forwarded also.
