Description:
Turbine 148 has been leaking for months. On Saturday Nov. 07, 2015 noticed much more oil/grease. Spots on the ground, these turbines are only 3 years old. Will the ground below all turbines be saturated with oil in 30 years? Admin: DTSC Imperial CUPA has created a complaint for this report. This will be assigned to an inspector.
