Diesel Equipment emitting dark plumes of air pollutant contaminants i believe the equipment is not registered with ARb Can the APCD take a look at this its in a field before Orita Feed lot, can you verify if this equipment is registered Admin: DTSC Imperial CUPA has forwarded this complain to APCD and they will investigate this complaint.
