Description:
Piles of plastics have been sitting in this area recycling and now it has been observed an increase of vermin (rats). This is adjacent to catholic charities who provide food distribution and could become a health hazard. Admin: DTSC Imperial CUPA has reported this complant to El Centro Environmental Health. A report from the inspector is pending.
