Burning fumes are eminating the city threatening to BUHS students

Exactly at 1:09 pm, located at 669 E St. Brawley, CA I walked outside and immediately felt distrubed by strong burning fumes. I am concerned for students located at Brawley Union High School. My clothes are now penetrated with the smell. I am not certain if it is a fire or burning from an agricultural field. I never heard the sirens from the Fire Department sound which is about two blocks away from my location. The fumes are eminating from the South side of Brawley.
