4 Barrels possibly containing hazardous materials behind AM PM

There are 4 barrels covered with lids near a big propane tank next to it. No fence is protecting those barrels from public or vandalism of barrels. 2 Barrels contain a hazardous label that is not filled out as to what it contains as might be a violation if they are suppose to be filled out by Property owner AM PM and listing what is in those barrels. Big rigs pumping gas nearby.
