Trees hang into road about 5 ft causing road to narrow making dangerous to oncoming traffic on opposite side of road as well as drivers turning left from malan creating a blind spot.Although it may not be environmental hazard its a public hazard. Intersection of County Road Bryant and Malan. OR CITY OF BRAWLEY WHERE CESAR CHAVEZ AND BRYANT MEET AT MALAN RD. BEHIND HIDALGO SCHOOL AND BETWEEN AGRICULTURE FIELD / HAY BARN
