Power outage for over 2 weeks

Nine mobilehomes in Los Gatos Mobilehome Park, AKA Hernandez Mobilehome Park, have been without power since September 8, 2010, when a power box burned up in the park. Owners refuse to spend the money necessary to obtain required permits and make repairs. Temperatures reaching as high as 118 over this period of time, and consistently over 100 degrees. All but one resident without any power whatsoever (one resident has a generator). Legal action filed 9/24/2010 but needing provisional remedies (i.e. donations) in the meantime.
