Description
In Calexico, Councilman Luis Castro has a bus company that transports people from Calexico Downton to various parts of the city. Whenever I drive behind the bus a lot of black smelly smoke comes out. I believe that is not healthy for our air quality. Castro instead of making Calexico a better city he is making it worse.
