A very large pesticide broken pesticide container left along side Rd. Looks like something leaked into soil. Corner of McConnell Rd and Cruickshank Rd. near Holtiville.
Administrator Comment: This issue has been resolved by the Imperial County Public Works. Verified on 3/26/14.
