Illegal dumping salton City

Description:

Found 29th Sep in the morning near the Old Yacht Club site in Salton City (off of Sea Elf St, east of South Marina), trash dumped illegally into a wash. Items include presents, documents (with name and address - have photo of the house where the dumped items come from and name), furniture, paperwork, plastic bottles of various sorts, food remnants. Some of the items had already been washed further down towards the Sea, presumably, during the summer rains. It is very possible that some items are already floating in the Sea. The dumped plastic bottles may have had chemical substances in them.
