Rain Problem.

Calexico street is next to Grant street. Grant street, is uphill and when it rains all the water goes downhill to calexico street. I live in calexico street and because of the way this street is constructed, the entrance of my house was flooded. I had to move all the water to the drain beacuase it was hard for us to get into the house.
