Illegal Dumping/dust nuisance.

Location is empty land lot on the corner of cole road and Andrade Ave. Empty lot seems to being used as a dumping site. Some of the trash that is seen is used tires, concrete, old couches and old house products. A total disregard of the of the law and being a eye sore as you pass by driving. Also that lot is located in the middle of a neighbor. Besides the owners of the lot have not inforced the dumping laws, the land lot is a dust nuisance. That can cause breathing issues for child and the elderly.
