Description:
Problem of infestation of insects (flies,mosquitoes, etc.) around entire area. Awful odor also coming out of canal North of Evan Hewes Highway next to Kuhn Farms. Makes it uncomfortable to be outside because of insects and a bit difficult to breathe at times because of the bad smell.
