Ilegal trash dumping on side of road.

Description:
There were lots of trash bags (black) that were left on the right side of Jasper Road near Heber as you pass the 111 going Eastbound.Looks like around 10 bags or so.Some are ripped and trash overflowing. Possibly looking inside the bags might find a receipt or evidence of owner of bags of trash. No pictures just, eye witness to this.If you get to the crossroads Meadows passed up the trash site, go back.
